You move through twelve guided sections across the 90 days. You do not have to fill every one, every day. Some days you cast your cares and that is the whole entry. Some days you fill every box. Both count.

The keepsake elements
- 2 pages of custom made stickers to use in your journaling pages, with quirky slogans such as "Core Memory Made" and "Fava" (because when God gives you favor, we say Fava).
