Refund policy

We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to an order that has already been submitted. All orders are final and non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please verify all of your information carefully.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@paperandpurpose.co, and we will be happy to resolve the issue on unused products.
